Wildly popular East Mamma doesn't take reservations, so expect a queue. Dine on wood-fired pizzas (including a sublime truffle calzone) and fresh pastas made from imported Italian ingredients, such as smoked burrata, bresaola (air-dried salted beef), San Marzano tomatoes and Sicilian pistachios. Solo diners have the option of counter seating; there's a small heated terrace. Finish off with its house-speciality raspberry and lemon tiramisu.
