Not tempted to go modern and pretentious, Los Amigos sticks to the basics, offering traditional Cuban fare with lashings of rice and beans in a family home right under the noses of Vedado's finest hotels. It's been around since before the (culinary) revolution and was Anthony Bourdain's paladar of choice on an episode of several years ago.
