Hundreds of brightly coloured glass bottles line the floor-to-ceiling windows of Popolare, which fires up Neapolitan pizzas made from imported Italian ingredients like smoked burrata, San Daniele ham and San Marzano tomatoes in its blue-tiled open kitchen.
