So they pooled their skills and came up with Rabbit, a breath of fresh air in upmarket Chelsea. The restaurant rocks the agri-chic (yes) look, and the creative, seasonal Modern British cuisine is fabulous. The drinks list is just as good, with a great selection of wines from the family vineyard in Sussex, and local beers and ciders.
