Though it may look like just another City pub from the street, the White Swan is anything but typical. The smart downstairs bar serves excellent pub food (mains £10) under the watchful eyes of bird prints and trophies, while the upstairs dining room offers a classic, meaty and fishy British menu (two-/three-course meal £29/34).
